- Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing
The legal basis for processing your personal data is that such processing is necessary for:
- Fulfilling a contract between you and the controller or taking steps by the controller prior to entering into such a contract within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
- Fulfilling the controller's legal obligations in accordance with Art. 6(1)(c) of the Regulation, especially obligations imposed by generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No. 235/1992 Coll., on Value Added Tax, and Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended.
- Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The purpose of processing your personal data is to fulfill the contract between you and the controller, including delivery of goods and resolution of warranty claims, or to take steps by the controller prior to entering into such a contract, as well as fulfilling related statutory obligations.
The controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation.
- Duration of Personal Data Storage
Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contractual rights and obligations, and further for the time required for archiving according to the relevant legal regulations, but no longer than the period specified by those regulations.
- Other Recipients of Personal Data
Other recipients of your personal data may include shipping companies and other entities involved in delivering goods or processing payments, as well as companies providing technical services related to the e-shop operation, including software operation and data storage. Other recipients of your personal data are:

The controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (outside the EU).
- Rights of Data Subjects
Under the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability.
If you believe your personal data has been processed in violation of the Regulation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
You are not obliged to provide personal data. Providing your personal data is a necessary requirement for entering into and fulfilling the contract; without providing your personal data, it is not possible to conclude or perform the contract by the controller.

By giving this consent, you allow DAKLS s.r.o. to process your personal data for sending commercial communications (marketing offers) and for other marketing activities towards you. You may withdraw this consent at any time and commercial communications will no longer be sent to you. More detailed information is provided below.

- Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The purpose of processing is sending commercial communications and conducting other marketing activities by the controller towards you.
The controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
- Duration of Personal Data Storage
Your personal data will be stored for 3 years in case of marketing communications, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first (in such case, at most within one month of withdrawal).
- Other Recipients of Personal Data (Marketing)
Other recipients may include marketing service providers for the controller.
The controller does not intend to transfer your data outside the EU or to international organizations.
- Data Subject Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, the right to object, and the right to data portability.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can withdraw consent at info@dakls.cz.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
You are not obliged to provide your personal data; it is not a legal or contractual requirement, nor is it required to conclude a contract.
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes; your personal data will then not be processed for this purpose.

In accordance with applicable law and for the purpose of answering your inquiry. The retention and processing of personal data for the above purpose is for 6 months from the sending of the contact form message, unless a different legal regulation requires longer retention. This processing is allowed under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – necessary for contract performance or for pre-contractual measures at your request.
Your name, surname, and email address are processed to enable communication between you and the company. Processing is performed by DAKLS s.r.o. as controller, but also possibly by the software provider myWAC TECHNOLOGIES, a.s. ID: 63490048.

- request information about what personal data we process about you,
- request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing,
- request erasure of personal data – we will erase it unless this would conflict with this article or our legitimate interests,
